I'm a runner, and wanted to build muscle so I could prevent running injuries and be more toned. I loved Nicole's approach. She really understood my goals and the kind of weight training that I enjoy. I love body weight training, so we did a lot of pull ups, push ups, and abs. We also did kettle bell, dumbbell, and barbell exercises too, and it was the perfect balance.
It was awesome to see the progress. I consistently increased the weight, and Nicole was awesome about tracking my progress and pushing me to take it to the next level.
